3. Information We Collect

While we do not store your mapping data, we collect certain basic categories of information to operate and improve the platform:

• Contact Inquiries: If you use our contact form or email us directly, we receive your email address and message contents. This information is used solely to respond to your support request.
• Analytics & Cookies: We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous traffic metrics. This includes information about your browser type, device, general geographical region, referral link, and pages visited on our site. Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish unique users, but does not collect personally identifying information.
• User-Experience (UX) Analytics: On our homepage and interactive Map application only, we use Contentsquare (also marketed as Hotjar) to understand how visitors navigate and interact with the interface.
